Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting processes in collaboration with operational teams. Develop rolling forecasts to adapt to dynamic market and production conditions. Compliance & Audit: Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and financial regulations (GAAP, IFRS). Support external and internal audits with SAP S/4HANA-based documentation. SAP S/4HANA Finance Operations: Manage SAP FICO modules for GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling. Contribute to digital transformation and process optimisation projects. Collaborate with IT and other departments on SAP finance enhancements and upgrades. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with production, procurement, and sales to align financial insights with business strategies. Provide financial input for strategic projects such as capital investments, product launches, and cost-reduction initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred. Minimum 5 years finance experience in heavy manufacturing or steel industry. Proven SAP S/4HANA expertise (FICO module essential; MM, PP, SD knowledge is a plus). Job Description : SAP Solution Architect (6-9 Year) Position Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced SAP Solution Architect to lead end-to-end solution design and client engagements. This role combines deep technical knowledge of SAP solutions with the ability to articulate value propositions & design proposals. Responsibilities: Define and design comprehensive SAP solutions tailored to client requirements, covering modules like S/4HANA , BTP , and integration strategies. Develop technical and functional blueprints for SAP implementations and migrations. Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business goals and are scalable. Lead design workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and technical reviews. Engage with prospective clients to understand business needs and propose appropriate SAP solutions. Develop and present high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs). Conduct client demos, workshops, and presentations to showcase SAP capabilities. Stay updated with emerging SAP technologies and market trends (e.g., AI/ML integration, Fiori enhancements, BTP capabilities ). Skills and Qualifications :- Technical Expertise : Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA , SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) , and cloud architectures . What You'll Do The Technical Account Manager is responsible for technical ticket management, strengthening customer satisfaction and expediting solutions for Enterprise customers. This requires being the technical escalation and point, across multiple products to meet support entitlement requirements, providing an optimized customer experience. You will report to the Manager, Technical Support. You will work from the Pune office. What Your Responsibilities Will Be Manage ticket workload, following KPIs, SLAs, CSAT, and TTR goals. Manage enterprise support requests through resolution. Conduct detailed ticket analysis, troubleshooting, and issue replication. Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects with customers and maintain accurate records in the case tracking system. Abilities in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and providing proactive solutions based on data analysis and ticket trends. Proficiency in Salesforce for ticket queue management, including ticket assignment, workload analysis, and advanced ticket driver analysis. Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman and an excellent understanding of API functionality, database analysis, and data manipulation. Experience working collaboratively across multiple teams, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex organizational structures, technical solutions and drive customer-focused solutions.
