Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities) Desired Profile : SAP CRM technical resource with 10 years of experience. Primary Skills : CRM WebUI and Middleware expertise. Implementation/Support experience in Trade Management 4.0 or higher. CRM to BI and CRM to S/4HANA integration understanding. Secondary Skills : CRM core ABAP know-how and ability to work is expected. Good understanding of sales and service module. SAP CRM Web UI: CRM Web UI programming CRM Web UI Configuration BOL/GenIL programming Troubleshooting CRM Web UI Understanding of Trade Management UI5 screens and BI integration Middleware CRM and S/4HANA integration scenarios Initial/Delta Load Monitoring Queues and Analysis Good knowledge of all middleware transactions Working knowledge of middleware extensions (BAdIs) Good knowledge in middleware debugging CRM ABAP ABAP OO BADI/Enhancements CRM Tables/ Trade management tables Different FM /API/ BAPIs Marketing CGPL Framework / One Order Framework Report programming Actions/Status Management Interfaces/IDocs Smart Forms Transaction Launcher Exposure to Web Services Mandatory skills CRM WebUI and Middleware expertise. Implementation/Support experience in Trade Management 4.0 or higher. CRM to BI and CRM to S/4HANA integration understanding.
