Job Description

We are looking for an SAP CRM Consultant with around 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM processes, configuration, and support activities. The candidate will work on CRM Sales, Service, and WebUI functionalities along with integration to SAP ECC/S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

Work on SAP CRM modules such as
Sales
,
Service
,
Business Partner (BP)
, and
WebUI
.
Perform configuration in areas like partner functions, organizational model, pricing, and actions.
Understand functional requirements and prepare configuration documents and functional specifications.
Troubleshoot issues related to
WebUI
,
transaction processing
,
One Order framework
, and
CRM middleware
.
Support integration with ECC/S/4 (SD, MM, CS) through BDoc monitoring and error resolution.
Assist in testing activities (SIT/UAT), prepare test cases, and support defect resolution.
Support production issues and provide L2/L3 support with root cause analysis.
Coordinate with technical (ABAP) and functional teams to deliver enhancements.

Required Skills

3 years of hands-on experience in
SAP CRM 7.0 or higher

Good understanding of:

WebUI Configuration
BP (Business Partner) setup
One Order Framework
Actions & Rule Modeler
Org Model

Experience with
BDoc monitoring
, middleware troubleshooting, and data replication.
Knowledge of standard CRM transactions (Activities, Opportunities, Service Orders).
Basic understanding of integration with SD/MM/CS modules.
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
