SAP CPI Developer – S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation

Job Summary:

SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy integration flows using SAP CPI for connecting SAP S/4HANA with external systems (cloud and on-premise).
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into scalable CPI solutions.
• Develop and manage APIs, adapters, and mappings using CPI tools and best practices.
• Ensure secure, performant, and reliable data exchange between systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across various environments.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Document integration designs, technical specifications, and support guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in SAP integration, with at least 3+ years in SAP CPI/BTP.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)
• Integration Suite (iFlows, Process Integration, API Management)
• XML, XSLT, Groovy/JavaScript scripting
• IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, OData, SOAP, REST
• Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA with third-party systems (cloud and on-premise).
• Familiarity with security protocols (OAuth2, SAML, SSL) and error handling in CPI.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Greenfield S/4HANA implementations.
• Knowledge of SAP Event Mesh, Integration Advisor, or SAP API Business Hub.
• SAP CPI or SAP Integration Suite certification.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
