Job Description

Minimum of 2 End to End implementation experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core, Time Off & Timesheet.
Understanding of Business processes related to Core HR & Strong experience in leading a team for the EC implementation project and collaboratively work with the Team.
Able to conduct workshops independently to understand the Business requirements, running demos for Customers and capture the same in the Workbooks.
Should have strong EC configuration skills , Data models, Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Associations, Propagations, Position Management, Business rules, People profiles, UI Configurations, Workflows, Notifications, HRIS sync, Custom portlets, RBPs and Reporting etc..
Able to provide and validate whether EC solution is compatible to the requirements given by Business Team.
The candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, be self-directed, and be capable of working with minimal supervision.
Basic knowledge in integration within the SF Modules like ONB, Recruitment and LMS etc.
Having additional expertise in SAP HR module is value added.
