Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Configure, implement, and support SAP GRC modules: Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management. Design and maintain rule sets, workflows, and mitigation controls. Integrate SAP GRC with ECC/S4HANA and non-SAP systems for access management. Perform role design, SoD analysis, risk remediation, and firefighting support (EAM). Handle technical components including BRF+, MSMP workflows, and GRC connector configuration. Collaborate with functional/business teams to gather requirements and deliver GRC solutions. Perform troubleshooting, impact analysis, and provide end-to-end support. Ensure GRC system security, compliance, and audit readiness. Required Skills: Hands-on experience with SAP GRC 10.x/12.0 (Access Control mandatory). Strong understanding of SAP Security (roles, profiles, authorizations). Proficiency in MSMP workflow, BRF+, and connector configurations. Familiarity with SAP Basis, ABAP debugging, and user provisioning integrations. Experience with UAR, ARM, ARA, EAM, and SoD reporting. Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
