Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive business requirement gathering and detailed analysis in the SAP Controlling domain.
• Effectively collaborate and manage relationships with various business stakeholders.
• Perform configuration and customization of SAP CO modules according to analyzed business needs.
• Lead and execute various phases of testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and providing robust support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide critical support during the Go-Live phase and ensure smooth post-implementation transition.
  

Functional Skills/Competencies (Must-Haves)

• Product Costing (CO-PC)
• Material Ledger (ML) and Actual Costing
• Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
• Integration with other key modules, including MM (Materials Management), FI (Financial Accounting), and SD (Sales and Distribution).
• Variance Analysis and reporting.
• S/4HANA Experience : A strong hands-on working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is essential.

• Communication : Strong oral and written communication skills are mandatory for dealing with stakeholders and documenting solutions.
• Analytical Skills : Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess business issues and translate them into SAP solutions.

• Quality of Solutioning : Measured by the effectiveness, stability, and adherence of the implemented SAP solutions to business requirements.
• Timeliness and effectiveness of configuration and testing activities.
• Stakeholder satisfaction and success rate of UAT and Go-Live.
