SAP BYD Technical Support Consultant

You will be the SAP Business ByDesign (ByD) Technical Support Consultant responsible for expert troubleshooting, system optimization, and resolving technical issues. Your role will involve hands-on experience in ByD configurations, debugging, system integration, and performance tuning to ensure smooth business operations. Your main responsibilities will include incident management to handle and resolve ByD technical issues within SLAs and minimal downtime, system configuration and debugging for performance optimization, integration support to ensure seamless data flow across SAP ByD modules and third-party applications, automation and optimization using SAP tools to enhance efficiency and automate repetitive tasks, technical escalations collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues, performance monitoring to proactively analyze system performance and suggest improvements, and knowledge management by contributing to documentation and mentoring junior consultants on troubleshooting best practices. Your technical expertise should include a strong understanding of SAP ByD architecture, system configurations, and debugging tools, experience in report development, workflow automation, and integration troubleshooting, knowledge of Web Services, APIs, and SAP Cloud Applications Studio for extensions, expertise in GL configuration, cost center management, and data migration support, and familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) integration is a plus.
