• Provide technical support for SAP Business Objects applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of SAP BO systems.
• Assist users with report creation, modification, and optimization.
• Implement and maintain data models and universes in Business Objects.
• Conduct regular system audits and ensure data quality and integrity.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Document support activities, solutions, and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP Business Objects and related technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with SAP Business Objects tools (e.g., Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, Design Studio).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
