SAP BTP Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop applications on

  SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)

  using

  CAP / Node.js / Java / SAP UI5 / Fiori

  .
• Work with

  SAP Cloud Foundry

  ,

  Subaccount configuration

  ,

  Service bindings

  , and

  Destination setup

  .
• Develop and maintain

  OData / REST APIs

  and integrate with

  SAP S/4HANA

  ,

  SAP Integration Suite

  , or other third-party systems.
• Implement

  event-driven architecture

  using

  SAP Event Mesh / Enterprise Messaging

  .
• Configure and manage

  SAP BTP services

  such as

  Workflow Management

  ,

  Business Rules

  ,

  SAP HANA Cloud

  , and

  SAP Launchpad

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Participate in

  code reviews

  ,

  performance tuning

  , and

  security best practices

  within BTP environments.
• Provide support for

  deployment

  ,

  monitoring

  , and

  troubleshooting

  of BTP-based applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years in SAP BTP

  development and integration.
• Strong hands-on experience with

  CAP (Cloud Application Programming) model

  ,

  Node.js

  ,

  Java

  ,

  Fiori/UI5

  , and

  HTML5

  applications.
• Solid understanding of

  SAP Cloud Foundry environment

  and

  multi-target application (MTA)

  deployment.
• Experience in

  SAP Integration Suite

  ,

  API Management

  , and

  SAP HANA Cloud database

  modeling.
• Knowledge of

  authentication and authorization

  in BTP (XSUAA, OAuth2).
• Familiarity with

  Git

  ,

  CI/CD

  ,

  Jenkins

  , or

  SAP Continuous Integration tools

  .
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with

  SAP Build Apps (formerly AppGyver)

  or

  SAP Build Process Automation

  .
• Exposure to

  SAP AI Core / Generative AI Hub

  is a plus.
• SAP BTP Certification (Extension Suite / Integration Suite) preferred.
