Job Description

🚀 We’re Hiring: Internal Service Manager – SAP Basis

Key Responsibilities:

Lead
SAP Basis operations
during integration, migration, and transformation phases.
Define and implement
standards, policies, and ITIL processes
for stable operations.
Act as the primary contact for all
Basis-related activities
, ensuring system performance and availability.
Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business teams to ensure
seamless cutovers, upgrades, and migrations
.
Drive
continuous service improvements
and proactively address performance gaps.
Ensure compliance with
security, audit, and governance
requirements.
Provide
documentation and knowledge transfer
for smooth handovers.

Required Skills & Experience:

8–12 years of experience in
SAP Basis administration & service management
.
Strong expertise across
ECC, S/4HANA, Solution Manager, PI/PO
in large/global setups.
Proven experience in
migrations, upgrades, and high-availability configurations
.
Hands-on with
system performance tuning, transport management, backup/recovery
.
Solid understanding of
databases, OS, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS preferred)
.
Excellent
stakeholder management & communication skills
.

Preferred:

Experience in
large-scale M&A or integration projects
.
Exposure to
automation and monitoring tools
for Basis services.
Certifications in
ITIL, SAP Basis, or Cloud
(a plus).
