Specifically, The SAP Basis Leader Will

Lead the design, planning, development, and deployment of SAP environments in the cloud.
Coordinate SAP Basis technical teams, ensuring quality, standards compliance, and timely delivery.
Define strategies and architectures for migrations, upgrades, and SAP system optimization.
Oversee the execution of homogeneous and heterogeneous system copies, database migrations, and cloud platform moves.
Collaborate with solution architects, and business leaders to define SAP technology roadmaps.
Ensure integration of SAP with other enterprise systems and communication platforms.
Promote best practices for security, performance, and compliance in SAP environments.
Mentor SAP Basis engineers and administrators, promoting best practices and cloud stack knowledge.

Qualifications

SAP Basis, SAP HANA, or cloud certifications (Azure, AWS).
Experience in complex migration projects to SAP S/4HANA.
Knowledge of Solution Manager for centralized SAP system management.
Experience integrating with other enterprise platforms and SAP process automation.
Strategic mindset, innovation capability, and broad vision of SAP environments.
