Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SAP BASIS Consultant with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and communication skills, with hands-on experience in both ABAP and JAVA stack systems. The role involves system monitoring, support, and maintenance of SAP environments, along with expertise in SSL/SSO configuration, certificate management, and SAP system performance tuning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end BASIS administration for SAP landscapes including Development, QA, and Production systems.
• Actively monitor SAP systems to ensure performance, stability, and uptime.
• Handle client bridge calls with professionalism and clear communication.
• Support both ABAP and JAVA stack systems; knowledge of BOBJ, BODS, Cloud Connector, Content Server, and OpenText is a plus.
• Perform SSL/SSO configuration, including certificate exchange, renewal, and establishing system trust relationships.
• Administer technical components such as SAP transports, printer setup, job scheduling, and operational planning.
• Manage the SAP Correction and Transport System (CTS) to ensure proper promotion of configuration and development objects.
• Maintain and tune SAP performance by executing proactive strategies and system adjustments.
• Configure and maintain Web Dispatcher and the SAP printing subsystem.
• Execute SAP system upgrades, enhancement packs, and client copy activities.
• Monitor and troubleshoot all SAP system components including work processes, system logs, short dumps, locks, traces, and disk usage.
• Ensure a structured and risk-minimized approach to introducing changes into the SAP environment.

Required Skills:

• 3–6 years of relevant SAP BASIS experience.
• Strong working knowledge of both ABAP and JAVA stacks.
• Experience in SSL and SSO setup, including certificate management.
• Proficiency in SAP performance tuning and monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with system copies, upgrades, and SAP transport management.
• Working knowledge of Web Dispatcher.
• Exposure to additional SAP components such as BOBJ, BODS, Cloud Connector, OpenText, and Content Server is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
