SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite with a focus on Guided Sourcing. The role involves end-to-end sourcing process design, implementation, and integration with SAP ERP/S4 HANA systems to streamline procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support

  SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing

  solutions across projects.
• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of sourcing processes (RFx, Auctions, Supplier Management).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Ariba solutions.
• Support

  end-to-end Sourcing projects

  including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure smooth integration with ERP systems (SAP ECC / S4 HANA).
• Conduct workshops, prepare functional documents, and deliver user training.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Guided Sourcing and sourcing modules.
• Stay updated with new features in Ariba Guided Sourcing and share best practices with the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in

  SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite

  , with at least 2+ years in

  Guided Sourcing

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Lifecycle Performance

  modules.
• Hands-on experience with

  configuration, templates, event creation (RFx, Auctions)

  , and workflows in Guided Sourcing.
• Understanding of

  Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

  process and integration points.
• Experience in working with

  SAP ECC or S/4 HANA integration

  .
• Strong communication, client interaction, and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in SAP Ariba (Sourcing/Procurement) is an added advantage.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of

  Ariba Contracts, Ariba Buying & Invoicing

  .
• Exposure to

  upstream & downstream Ariba modules

  .
• Previous experience in global implementation/rollout projects.
