Job Description

The SAP Accounts Payable (AP) Data Analyst is responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing the accounts payable processes within the SAP system. The role involves extracting, interpreting, and leveraging financial data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in AP operations. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and reconcile accounts payable data in SAP to maintain accurate financial records. Manage invoice processing, payment cycles, and vendor accounts in alignment with company policies. Generate reports and dashboards to track AP performance and identify trends or discrepancies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulations, and accounting standards. Support system enhancements, data migrations, and SAP AP module configurations as needed. Required Skills: Proficiency in SAP Accounts Payable (FI-AP module). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in financial data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation. Attention to detail and knowledge of accounting principles. Effective communication and collaboration skills. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong background in SAP AP processes and financial data management.
