Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

ABAP Development
: Assist in the development of ABAP programs for SAP applications, including reports, enhancements, interfaces, and forms.
Code Optimization
: Work on optimizing and improving existing ABAP code for better performance and maintainability.
Testing & Debugging
: Test ABAP programs and debug issues to ensure correct functionality, accuracy, and performance.
Documentation
: Prepare technical documentation for ABAP programs, including coding standards, and support materials.
Learning & Development
: Stay updated with new ABAP features, SAP tools, and best practices.
Support
: Assist in resolving issues related to ABAP development and provide technical support to the SAP functional teams.
Collaboration
: Work closely with senior developers, functional consultants, and other technical teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

Educational Qualifications
:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of programming fundamentals (e.g., algorithms, data structures, etc.).
Technical Skills
:
Basic understanding of SAP ABAP programming language.
Familiarity with SAP modules like SD, MM, or FICO is a plus.
Knowledge of database concepts (e.g., SQL) is an advantage.
Soft Skills
:
Good problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications
:
Any SAP-related certifications or training in ABAP would be a plus.
