Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily salon operations and ensure high standards of service delivery
• Manage, motivate, and train staff for improved performance and customer satisfaction
• Handle scheduling, inventory management, and supplier coordination
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards are strictly maintained
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries or concerns
• Support marketing initiatives and help grow the salon’s client base
• Monitor financial performance and assist with budgeting and reporting
• Maintain a positive and professional environment that reflects the salon’s values

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in managing a salon or similar environment is preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good problem-solving abilities and customer orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Passion for the beauty and wellness industry
