Daily Salon Operations: Ensure smooth functioning of all services and front desk.
Team Management: Supervise stylists, beauticians, and front-desk staff; manage duty rosters.
Customer Service: Ensure every client receives premium service and handle any complaints.
Sales & Targets: Motivate the team to achieve monthly service and retail targets.
Inventory Management: Track stock, place orders, and maintain product availability.
Upselling & Cross-selling: Promote treatments, packages, and seasonal offers.
Hygiene & Safety: Maintain salon cleanliness, sanitation standards, and equipment safety.
Billing & Reports: Manage billing accuracy and prepare daily/monthly reports.
Marketing Support: Execute offers, social media promotions, and customer follow-up.
