• Monitor inventory and place orders for salon products and supplies.
• Achieve sales targets, manage budgets, and maximize profitability.
• Recruit, train, and schedule staff effectively.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Salon Manager or in a supervisory role within the beauty industry.
