Job Description: As the Salon Front Office Executive / Manager, you will be the first point of contact for all clients. Your role is crucial in delivering excellent customer service, ensuring smooth salon operations, and supporting the management team in driving business goals. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: Front Desk & Client Services Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and professional attitude Understand client needs and ensure timely and effective service delivery Handle inquiries, bookings, walk-ins, and follow-ups efficiently Store & Salon Operations Ensure smooth daily operations of the salon Maintain salon hygiene, cleanliness, and overall appearance Manage staff schedules, attendance, and daily task allocations Inventory & Retail Management Monitor and manage product inventory levels Ensure timely procurement and stock replenishment Promote retail products to clients and ensure proper display Revenue & Business Goals Work towards achieving salon revenue targets Track daily sales and service performance Prepare weekly reports and monthly MIS for review Marketing & Client Engagement Support local marketing initiatives and salon-level promotions Assist in tie-ups and partnerships to increase footfall Build strong relationships with clients for retention and referrals Billing & Accounting Manage the billing system with accuracy and transparency Ensure daily cash handling and reconciliation Maintain expense records and assist in cost optimization Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salon Front Executive or similar role Must be at least 10th Pass Basic knowledge of computers and billing software Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Passionate about beauty and customer service What We Offer: Competitive salary and incentives A professional, friendly, and supportive work environment Training and growth opportunities Employee discounts on salon services and products ⸻ Location: kota Rajasthan Job Type: Full-time Salary: 10,000rs - 50,000 rs Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Overtime pay Work Location: In person
