Job Description

Job Description for salon manager Motivate the salon team daily. Focus on Salon monthly targets Maintain discipline amongst team Allocate the individual team targets and support the team to achieve them. Able to train and supervise staff Checking and securing cash receipts. Ensuring all payments , collections from clients are deposited to banks and maintain regular accounting records Maintain weekly roster and teams attendance Maintain inventory. Monitor and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness and hygiene. Train and supervise salon teams to follow the SOPs laid out for them. Drive sales Prepare daily and monthly MIS and inventory reports Ensure client satisfaction Ensure daily that all bills are made and tallied with cash deposited in the bank. Handle customer grievance and escalate the same whenever needed. Keep a close watch on competition&discuss their strategy with the Head of Operations. Maintain the salon in the best condition and take necessary approvals in time from the management in case any maintenance repair is needed. Promote monthly offers, packages and membership card sales.
