Salon Manager-Female

Kingsmen is a premium unisex salon offering professional grooming, beauty, hair, and wellness services for both men and women. We are known for high service standards, skilled professionals, and a welcoming, modern ambience.

Key Responsibilities1. Salon Operations

• Handle day-to-day functioning of the salon.
• Ensure salon hygiene, ambience, and service standards are consistently maintained.
• Oversee appointment scheduling, client flow, and service coordination.
• Manage inventory, place orders, and maintain stock levels for products and consumables.

2. Team Leadership

• Supervise stylists, barbers, beauticians, and front desk staff.
• Prepare staff duty rosters, manage leaves, and ensure adequate coverage.
• Conduct training sessions on customer handling, hygiene, and service excellence.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding new staff.

3. Customer Experience

• Greet and interact with clients, ensuring a premium unisex salon experience.
• Handle complaints, special requests, and escalations with professionalism.
• Encourage client retention through personalized service and relationship building.

4. Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly revenue targets and drive salon growth.
• Promote memberships, packages, and retail product sales.
• Support marketing activities, offers, promotions, and brand-building initiatives.
• Track customer feedback, repeat business, and performance metrics.

5. Compliance & Administration

• Ensure hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols are strictly followed.
• Maintain staff grooming and behavior in line with Kingsmen brand standards.
• Oversee cash handling, billing accuracy, POS operations, and daily sales reconciliation.

Requirements

• Female candidate with 1–4 years of experience managing a unisex or premium salon.
• Strong understanding of hair, beauty, grooming, and wellness services.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to manage a cross-functional team.
• Professional appearance and strong customer-service orientation.
• Comfortable managing both male and female clientele.
• Computer literacy (POS, billing, scheduling).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
