7Styles Salon is a premium beauty and grooming destination in Bhopal, offering exceptional hair, skin, and wellness services. We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Salon Manager to lead our team, ensure excellent client experiences, and maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Counselling: Greet and consult with clients to understand their needs and suggest suitable services.
• Staff Management: Supervise, motivate, and schedule salon staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Hygiene & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic salon environment as per industry standards.
• Inventory Control: Track and manage stock of products and equipment; coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
• Accounts & Billing: Handle basic accounts, daily sales records, and cash management.
• Customer Service: Resolve client concerns professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Communication: Coordinate between staff, clients, and management to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong client counselling and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of accounts and billing
• Knowledge of salon inventory management
• Good communication skills and a personable attitude
• Leadership qualities to manage and motivate a team
• Focus on hygiene, safety, and service quality
• Prior experience in a salon or beauty industry preferred
