Salon Manager

Job Summary:

Rawls Salon Redefined is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure a premium service experience for our clients. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of salon services, and the ability to maintain Rawls’ high luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the daily functioning of the salon
• Lead and guide the team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance
• Ensure the salon environment is clean, hygienic, and welcoming
• Monitor inventory and place orders for products and supplies
• Handle client bookings, queries, and feedback professionally
• Implement sales and promotional strategies to achieve branch targets
• Maintain compliance with Rawls’ brand standards and service protocols
• Coordinate with the marketing team for in-salon promotions and events
• Prepare operational and sales reports for management review

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in salon or spa management (luxury brand experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of hair, beauty, and wellness services
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office and salon management software
• Ability to handle high-end clientele with professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
