Job Description

We are looking for Salon Desk Executive for one of the leading salon Brand

Designation: Salon Desk Executive

Location: Mumbai

Exp: 1+ Yrs

Key Responsibilities

Client Management:
Warmly greet clients, manage the waiting area, offer refreshments, and direct them to the appropriate station.

Appointment & Scheduling:
Manage the salon's appointment book using salon scheduling software, book/confirm/reschedule appointments (via phone, email, and in-person), and optimize the schedule to ensure efficient use of staff time.

Technical Operations:
Process payments (cash, credit cards, gift vouchers), issue receipts using the point-of-sale (POS) system, and maintain accurate client records in the salon zenoti software.

Calls handling:
Answer incoming calls, respond to emails and social media inquiries, and act as a central point of communication between clients and salon staff.

Sales & Marketing Support:
Inform clients about new services, discounts, and promotions, and assist with cross-selling products and services.

Administrative Support:
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, manage salon supplies inventory, and perform general administrative tasks stock count and etc.

Problem Solving:
Address client questions or complaints professionally and calmly, resolving issues or escalating

Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency in using appointment scheduling and salon management software (e.g., Zenoti).
handling monetary transactions.
Competence in basic computer applications.
