Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and confident Sales Representative to handle

outbound calling for our U.S. clients. The role is best suited for female

candidates with strong English communication skills and a desire to grow in

sales. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining

our tax filing services, ensuring deadlines are met, and building long-term

client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to U.S.-based clients and prospects regarding tax

filing services.

• Explain services clearly, including filing process, deadlines, refunds,

extensions, and compliance requirements.

• Educate clients about required documents and timelines to avoid

penalties.

• Provide information about refunds, eligibility, and expected timelines in

a professional manner.

• Assist clients in understanding pricing, service packages, and available

offers.

• Maintain accurate records of client calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM.

• Build strong client relationships, handle queries, and escalate issues

when required.

• Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

• Coordinate with the tax preparation team to ensure smooth client

onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in telesales, outbound calling, or customer

service (freshers welcome).

• Excellent spoken English with clear, confident communication.

• Ability to explain financial/tax-related services in simple terms.

• Comfortable working in night shift (U.S. hours).

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in BPO/Call Center/Sales process.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
