Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Surat. The Salesperson will be responsible for managing customer relationships, selling diamond jewelry products, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include greeting customers, showcasing products, understanding customer needs, making recommendations, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining product knowledge and staying updated on industry trends.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Customer service orientation and the ability to build strong customer relationships
• Knowledge of diamond jewelry products or willingness to learn
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• A proactive and goal-driven approach
