Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Pune. The Salesperson will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing personalized property solutions, arranging property viewings, negotiating sales, and closing deals. The Salesperson will also be involved in building and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as staying updated on real estate market trends and property values.

• Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
• Market Research and Property Valuation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
