Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client needs, providing suitable property solutions, and closing sales. Daily tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property tours, advising clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages, and preparing necessary documents. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to enhance sales efforts.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service
  • Knowledge of the real estate market, property laws, and mortgage processes
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related field
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
