Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Salesperson based in Pune. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, identifying potential clients, and promoting Poona Elevators' products and services. The Salesperson will also conduct site visits, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals. Maintaining relationships with existing clients and providing excellent customer service will be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation, client identification, and sales
• Strong negotiation, proposal preparation, and contract closing skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to conduct site visits and assess client needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
• Knowledge of the elevator industry or engineering background is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
