Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in New Delhi. The Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle, understanding their needs, and providing detailed information on various car models. Daily tasks include greeting customers, conducting test drives, negotiating sales terms, and finalizing sales transactions. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our inventory and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive buying experience.

Qualifications

• Sales skills, including customer engagement, negotiation, and closing deals
• Product knowledge and the ability to explain vehicle features and benefits
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Basic computer skills for managing sales records and inventory
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are beneficial
