KOMPEL PHARMA specializes in the contract manufacturing of pharmaceutical formulations on a P2P basis. The company also markets its own finished formulations in the Indian market under the brand name Kompel Pharmacare, a sister concern of Kompel Pharma. We supply directly to hospitals as well as collaborate with channel partners to enhance marketing. Our primary focus is on delivering high-quality pharmaceutical products and services to meet the needs of our clients.

Role Description

This is a contract role for a Salesperson based in Ahmedabad with some work from home flexibility, making it a hybrid role. The Salesperson will be responsible for meeting sales targets, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting our pharmaceutical products to hospitals and channel partners. They will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Experience in handling hospital or healthcare sales is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in any field; a degree in Pharmacy or Healthcare is advantageous
