Khol Khel revives Indian board games for intergenerational play and learning. We design handcrafted game sets and run school and workplace programs that build focus, collaboration, and social-emotional skills.

Role Description

Full-time, on-site Salesperson in Delhi. You will identify and reach out to potential clients, manage customer relationships, conduct product demos, and close day-to-day sales. You will also maintain sales data and reports. Store presence required 4 days per week, 10:30 am to 8:00 pm.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and pitch to schools, institutions, and retail customers
  • Run in-store demos and explain products
  • Manage leads, follow-ups, and customer queries
  • Close daily sales and meet weekly targets
  • Maintain sales tracker, MIS, and basic reports

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in sales and customer relationship management
  • Track record of meeting targets and closing deals
  • Proficiency in basic reporting and spreadsheets
  • Confident with product demonstrations
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus
  • Energetic, self-driven, and sales-focused
