Salesperson

You will be responsible for representing EarlyDay as a Sales Officer in the market. Your primary duties will include establishing and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, ensuring product visibility, and driving sales growth through daily route visits. Key Responsibilities: - Visit assigned routes daily to take product orders from retailers. - Place EarlyDay products on shelves and ensure proper display and visibility. - Check product dates, maintain stock freshness, and manage returns as necessary. - Ensure shelves are well-arranged, clean, and compliant with brand guidelines. - Develop a strong rapport with shop owners and staff to enhance partnerships. - Meet monthly sales targets and qualify for attractive incentives. - Provide daily reports on activities, new shop additions, and competitor movements. Qualifications: - Minimum qualification required: Plus Two / Diploma / Graduate in any field. - Previous experience in FMCG sales or field sales is advantageous (Freshers are also encouraged to apply). - Possess good communication skills and the ability to build relationships effectively. - Demonstrate self-motivation, hard work, and a target-oriented mindset. - Having a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred.,
