Your role is to build strong relationships with retailers, ensure product visibility, and drive sales growth through daily route visits. Key Responsibilities: Visit assigned routes daily and take product orders from retailers. Place EarlyDay products on shelves and ensure proper display/visibility. Check product dates, maintain stock freshness, and manage returns if needed. Ensure shelves are well-arranged, clean, and follow brand guidelines. Build strong rapport with shop owners and staff to strengthen partnerships. Achieve monthly sales targets and earn attractive incentives. Report daily activities, new shop additions, and competitor movements. Qualifications Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Graduate in any field. Previous experience in FMCG sales or field sales is an advantage (Freshers also can apply). Good communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, hardworking, and target-oriented.
