Salesperson

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to drive our outreach to schools and educational institutions. This role requires frequent travel, excellent communication skills, and a strong belief in the value of education and career guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and build relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centres, and other educational institutions.
• Promote Career Guru’s career guidance services, workshops, and assessment programs.
• Schedule and conduct presentations and meetings with school authorities and education heads.
• Generate leads, follow up consistently, and close institutional sales deals.
• Travel across cities or designated regions to meet potential clients and conduct on-ground promotions.
• Collaborate with the counseling and operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Maintain regular reports on visits, leads, and conversions.

Requirements:

• Willingness to travel extensively (within city/region).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
• Ability to build rapport with educators and institution heads.
• Prior experience in education sales or institutional marketing is a plus.
• Own vehicle preferred (travel allowance will be provided).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
