Role Description

This is a part-time, hybrid role for a Salesperson based in Salem. The salesperson will primarily be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out to prospects, and managing relationships. Daily tasks will include conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, following up with leads, and meeting sales targets. Some work from home is acceptable, but regular presence in Salem is required for face-to-face client interactions and team meetings.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
• Experience in the relevant industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
