This December, we’re building one of the most unique cultural and music festivals of the season — and we’re looking for a driven, energetic, people-first Sales Associate to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive festival ticket sales and conversions

• Engage with leads, communities, and partners

• Represent the brand across online & offline spaces

• Understand the festival experience and communicate it authentically

• Work closely with the core team to achieve weekly milestones

We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication & persuasion skills

• A confident, social personality

• Someone who understands youth culture, nightlife, music & events

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
