Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Salesperson to join our team at our location in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized mattress recommendations. Additional daily responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting in store organization and display management. You will play a critical role in creating a welcoming environment and driving sales growth. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers effectively Sales and negotiation skills to achieve and exceed sales targets Knowledge of customer service practices and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally Basic understanding of marketing concepts to promote products and engage customers Strong organizational and time management skills to manage tasks efficiently Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus Proficiency in computer applications like MS Office and familiarity with POS systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team
