Salesperson

You will be employed as a Salesperson on a full-time basis at an on-site location in the Ganjam district. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around identifying potential clients, engaging with them to comprehend their requirements, and recommending suitable products or services. Your daily tasks will involve meeting with customers, conducting product demonstrations, finalizing sales deals, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. In addition, you will be required to stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to shape effective sales strategies. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Your ability to grasp customer needs and propose fitting solutions will be crucial. Previous experience in sales strategies, client management, and relationship building is essential. A successful track record of achieving sales targets is highly desirable. You should be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Furthermore, knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis will be advantageous.
