Job Description

Sales Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate accounts.
Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize ticket sales and load factors.
Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and product training for B2B partners.
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Negotiate contracts, fares, and group bookings within company guidelines.

Marketing Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, BTL) to promote routes, offers, and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of branding and promotional activities.
Organize promotional events, trade shows, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.

Reporting & Administration:

Provide weekly and monthly sales reports, market analysis, and forecasts.
Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate documentation of sales activities.
Work closely with revenue management and network planning teams on route performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
