Sales/Marketing Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales/Marketing Executive to join our team at Captab Biotec, a leading player in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in sales and marketing.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to increase sales revenue.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.

• Proven experience in sales and marketing with a strong track record of success.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are required to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and sales data.
