Sales/Marketing Executive

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Aravinds IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is currently seeking a highly motivated and experiences Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team.

• Initiating and completing of product sales on various platforms, particularly through in person engagement with the customers in the field.
• Field visits for deployment of product, training of customers and to collect feedback form customers.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company overall goals and objectives.
• This information is used to develop effective marketing campaigns and straggles.
• Should be willing to travel extensively on the job.

Key Responsibilities – Sales & Marketing (Hospital)

• Drive patient inflow through promotion of hospital OPD, IPD, health checkups, and specialty services
• Develop and maintain referral networks with doctors, clinics, labs, and diagnostic centers
• Plan and execute field marketing activities, health camps, medical camps, and outreach programs
• Promote hospital brand through on-ground and digital marketing coordination
• Identify market opportunities and analyze competitor activities and trends
• Ensure achievement of monthly and annual revenue targets
• Coordinate with doctors, front office, and operations team to ensure smooth patient conversion
• Handle patient and corporate queries professionally and ensure high satisfaction
• Prepare and submit daily activity reports, MIS, and performance analysis

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to achieve sales and patient acquisition targets
• Knowledge of hospital services, healthcare marketing, and patient referral systems
• Relationship-building and corporate liaison expertise
• Field marketing and direct sales experience in healthcare sector
• Analytical skills for market research and competitor analysis
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently
• Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, reporting tools)
• Willingness to travel for field marketing and corporate visits

Education: UG or PG (MBA Marketing preferred)

Experience: 0 to 5 years

Salary: 15K to 28K
