Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Tester with strong expertise in validating Salesforce applications and ensuring high-quality releases. The ideal candidate will have solid testing knowledge, hands-on Salesforce testing experience, and an ability to work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders in a remote setup.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Cloud).
Perform functional, regression, integration, UAT, and automation testing on Salesforce platforms.
Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, triggers, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
Work with business analysts and developers to ensure requirements are fully understood and covered in test cases.
Log defects, track them to closure, and provide detailed test reports.
Ensure adherence to QA best practices and maintain testing documentation.
Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality releases on time.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce applications.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, or Experience Cloud).
Experience in manual testing and test automation tools (Selenium, Provar, or similar).
Proficiency in using tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or similar defect tracking/test management tools.
Good understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Salesforce certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
