Salesforce Cloud QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute

  test plans, test cases, and test scripts

  for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
• Perform

  functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing

  on Salesforce implementations.
• Validate

  Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  functionality.
• Test

  Salesforce configurations, workflows, and customizations

  .
• Ensure

  API integrations

  and data flows between Salesforce and external systems are tested thoroughly.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve defects.
• Maintain

  test documentation

  and provide detailed defect reports.
• Work with

  CI/CD pipelines

  and automation tools for continuous testing.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience in

  Salesforce QA

  (manual and automation).
• Strong knowledge of

  Salesforce Clouds

  (Sales, Service, Marketing).
• Familiarity with

  Apex testing frameworks

  and

  SOQL/SOSL queries

  .
• Experience with

  QA tools

  like Selenium, Provar, or similar Salesforce automation tools.
• Understanding of

  API testing

  (REST/SOAP) and tools like Postman.
• Knowledge of

  CI/CD processes

  and version control (Git).
