Salesforce Test Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Test Manager with extensive experience in leading end-to-end testing strategies for Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce platforms, QA methodologies, and team leadership, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Define and drive the overall test strategy for Salesforce projects, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and product owners to align testing efforts with business goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of testers and QA engineers across multiple projects.

Test Planning & Execution

• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts tailored to Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
• Oversee execution of manual and automated tests, ensuring coverage and quality.
• Manage defect lifecycle using tools like qTest,JIRA, HP ALM, or similar.

Quality Assurance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with organizational QA standards and best practices.
• Implement test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration using tools like Selenium, Tosca, Jenkins, and Git.
• Conduct root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Reporting & Communication

• Provide regular status updates, test metrics, and dashboards to stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate test review meetings and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 16 years of experience in software testing, with at least 8 years in Salesforce testing and QA leadership.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and APIs.
• Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting languages.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder) are highly desirable
