Job Description

Job Summary QA Lead + Automation testing + Salesforce testing projects Test Lead JD Test Lead with 8+ years of experience and able to lead & mentor a 3-5 member QA team Good with forming test strategy, building test cases, scenarios and able to strategize and perform Functional and Automation testing. Have worked in multiple test automation suites and tools (UI based Testing and API based testing) Experience in documentation including testing and test plan creation. Exposure to SFDC is an added advantage Should be able to understand the Customer’s implicit and explicit requirements and manage the defect free testing Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with tools such as JIRA or Trello. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with data migration and system integration projects is a plus Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Show more Show less
