Job Title: Salesforce Automation QA Lead / QA Engineer Location: PAN INDIA Open Years of Experience: 7-15 years Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Selenium Automation Engineer with strong coding skills in Java to join our dynamic Software Testing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in automation testing, particularly with Selenium, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of our software applications. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java. Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand requirements and develop test strategies. Execute automated test cases and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Document test cases, test results, and defects in a clear and concise manner. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in automation testing. Mandatory Skills: Proficient in Selenium WebDriver with strong experience in Java programming. Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies. Experience with test automation frameworks and tools. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with other programming languages such as Python or JavaScript. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices. Knowledge of performance testing tools. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5 7 years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven track record of delivering high quality software products.
