Salesforce Test Lead

• Total exp 6-8yrs + yrs and 3-5 yrs Strong hands on in Selenium Java Automation Testing
  • Provide oversight and technical guidance to a team of quality engineers and analysts to ensure that all products are of high quality.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead QE activities associated with a product and release train Ensure quality delivery and metrics to gauge progress against quality goals (test coverage) • Understand how components and interfaces work together and develop QE approaches to fit overall architecture • Drive the maturity of Sparta QE (to enterprise state, fostering innovation, predictability, and creativity) • Drive test architecture, best practices, frameworks, tools and systems • Develop quality and release standards, create and execute test plans (functional, regression, validation), analyze test results, provide release readiness metrics (test coverage) • Establish resource plans and coordinate QE resources Triage issues during the release process • Establish release activity policies and make decisions against those policies • Act as a change agent to improve quality and agility. • Manages QE team members on multiple teams • SME for the Product • Voice of the customer • Drives release level testing plans for each team.
