Salesforce Test Engineer

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test plans and test cases for functional, integration and regression tests over the Salesforce Platform.

• Collaborate closely with the development, Business, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, design comprehensive test cases and ensure a robust test coverage.

• Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution using appropriate defect tracking tools.

• Conduct manual testing when needed to validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.

• Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance overall product quality.

• Stay current with the latest industry trends and best practices in Salesforce and test automation.

• Provide regular status updates on testing activities, metrics, and quality KPIs to project stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance

• Knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom application development.

• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

• Experience working with Tricentis Tosca will be highly valued.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• English proficiency level, written and spoken
